THE HOUSES OF
FEATHERSTONE In 2004 we began selling
estate sized parcels (2 – 5 acres) in Featherstone at pre-completion
prices. Pre-completion means that we
were far from finished with the roads and infrastructure. Typically, we offer our lots for sale under
this scenario first. Then, as we finish
out each phase we generally raise the price on each since the lots show much better
and are easier to sell. Since 2004 several of those
early buyers have built houses. Here are
a few photos of those homes which range in value from 350,000 – 1.5 million or
more. Sorry some are hard to see but at
Featherstone, privacy is one of our strongest points. One of these homes (Lot 9-A) was designated
the 2006 Discovery Home of the Year by

GAUGE SUCCESS? … BUILD OUT by OWNERS! We call your attention to
owner “build out’” because the actual building taking place by owners is a good
indicator of the quality and success of any community. Look at the number of houses completed (6),
those currently under construction (3) and those planned to start soon
(3). That’s a total of 12. The quality is top notch and the size of the
homes ranges from 1,800 – 5,500 sq. ft.
Every home is being built by the owner – not the Developer except Parcel
#33 which will be the 5,500 sf Timber Frame home of Featherstone developers Bill
